Construction remains one of the least automated industries, struggling with labor shortages, inefficiencies, and rising costs. At BotBuilt, we are revolutionizing the way homes are built by leveraging robotics and AI to automate framing, making construction faster, safer, and easier.
In this talk, I will discuss the key challenges we are solving at BotBuilt, from automating complex construction tasks to integrating robotics seamlessly into existing workflows. I will then share how my experiences at the GRASP Lab have equipped me to tackle these problems. By bridging research with real-world applications, I’ll highlight how the skills I developed at Penn directly contribute to advancing robotics and AI in construction.
