Quan (or Anh Quan, with the Vietnamese name order being “Pham Anh Quan”, where “Pham” is the family name) is a Master’s student in Robotics at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Penn, he was a research intern at the Institute for Infocomm Research, Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore, where he worked on interpretable vision-based reinforcement learning.
