Diego Patiño

Diego Patiño was a PostDoctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, working under the supervision of Kostas Daniilidis. His research interests include machine learning and geometric approaches to computer vision, focusing on 3D vision, shape analysis, symmetry detection, and single-image to 3D Reconstruction.
He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Engineering from the National University of Colombia, in 2010, 2012, and 2020 respectively. Previously, he was a visiting researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as the University of Pennsylvania.
