Jeffrey is pursuing a PhD at the University of Pennsylvania in the field of robotic legged locomotion. He received B.S.E.’s in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Engineering at the University of Michigan, during which he worked on automated collision avoidance of autonomous and semi-autonomous vehicles in traffic networks.
