Sydney is a senior majoring in systems engineering (BSE expected Spring ‘22) and ROBO Accelerated Master’s student (MSE expected Spring ‘23). She enjoys learning about dynamical systems, machine learning, and computer vision and hopes to go deeper into these topics and explore their application in autonomous vehicles. She loves being on the board of Penn’s chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), where she works to establish mentorship and tutoring programs for local schools. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, painting, cooking, and reading.
